These look great out of the box. I ordered them and was not able to use them immediately after receipt as I was waiting to move into a new house. After moving in the house and using the chairs for less than a week the cushions are already showing signs of wear. The chairs are very light weight and feel inexpensive. It is somewhat disappointing as it is after the window to return the chairs.

Sometimes, white lines form along glued seams. Over time, natural wood will expand and require maintenance to fill small air cracks as they develop. These occurrences are natural and expected over time. Our lacquer is very resistant to damage and moisture, so regular use should not be a problem. Blemishes and natural movement checking may require touch up with a stain marker. Apply the stain marker along with the imperfections, making sure it gets into the grooves and recesses. Then wipe the surface clean and allow it to dry. Repeat the process if necessary. With HTD 7 steps catalyzed finishing process no chemicals or citrus-based cleaners are needed. Just use a cloth dampened with warm water and mild soap.
