Dishonest business practices! We purchased a dining table on 10/12/23, which arrived on time and was white glove service, they put the table together in about 15 minutes and left. We notice the table was lopsided, upon further investigation we realized the base of the table (double pedestal) were different sizes. The first inconvenience, we had a dinner party scheduled to celebrate our anniversary, so now we had to make other arrangements. I called and spoke with customer service, he gave us a discount and upon receiving our photos on the lopsided table, put new parts on order which should arrive by 11/1/23, well before Thanksgiving (as we are hosting this year). So we agreed to have the parts placed on order. After speaking with this particular person and exchanging emails, another associate contacted us asking for the same pictures I had already sent in. I complied with several more emails and our parts were placed on order. I took off another day of work for this delivery. I checked the arrival and saw that the date was now changed to 11/12/23-11/14/23, so I had to take of another day as i had already cleared my schedule for 11/1/23. When I checked my email a few days later, I saw the parts had been cancelled and a date for a whole new table was to be delivered between end of February to early March, this was unacceptable! I called to cancel the whole order and get a total refund. I was granted the refund be a lady I spoke with and was told to donate or throw out the table we had. I asked for a confirmation number to which she said I should be getting an email. I scheduled to donate to a womens group in my area. Never got an email, when I called back I was told that I now needed to return the table to get my refund! And they are giving me a 12 HOUR WINDOW FOR PICK UP, CRAZINESS! My anniversary and Thanksgiving have been up- ended! 3 days of pay i no longer have. I have to recant my donation to the women's group. This return has cost me more money in making alternate arrangements than I had anticipated with the holidays! BEWARE

Beautiful table and craftsmanship is extraordinary!

This table is absolutely stunning. It's dark brown finish is slightly distressed, which makes it beautiful and stylish. My favorite thing about the table is that you can comfortably seat 10. I also love that it is solid wood and that you can see the rich wood grain. I'm so thrilled with my purchase. For reference, I purchased the 98" table.
