Love the chairs. Sales reps are great. The problem with the order was the logistics. We ordered 16 sets of these chairs, and the order was cancelled, re-entered, delayed, half the order sent, half the order delayed. It has been extremely messy. The Wayfair reps have been amazing, and I pity them having to iron out all of these disasters with both me and my client. We have a dozen bar stools that have been delayed 2 months past promised date. Not thrilled with the service. Love the chairs. Love the sales and service reps.

I ordered 3 sets of two chairs each. Sets of two are how these are sold. 6 total chairs. The supplier shipped 1 single chair in the first shipment. I contacted Wayfair and let them know I did not receive a pair of chairs or the entire order. Later in the week I received a pair of the chairs. Then the order said is was complete. Somehow the supplier is confused that a purchase of quantity 3 means 3 chairs and did not notice they are sold in pairs. Wayfair was very helpful. Wayfair contacted the supplier and I am waiting on 3 more chairs. Hopefully this will get corrected. The chairs are of nice quality. I would recommend them as long as the supplier can get the sales quantities correct.
