Very sturdy chairs. I deducted a star because they’re way darker than what’s pictured. I still like the color, but it’s not what I expected.

Awesome chairs. Heavy duty and gorgeous

I love my chairs, but I received a damaged chair on the first shipment. That chair was replaced without question, but the replacement chair was also damaged. The second (replacement chair) that was damaged was replaced, as well. I appreciate the quick response and eventual resolution by Wayfair, and I love this company. However, in my opinion, poor packaging of the chairs and rough handling by the shipping company (FedEx) was the reason the chairs were broken. The boxes should have been reinforced with thick styrofoam on the sides, but instead thin foam “sheets” were used, so the boxes were dented easily. Also, there were no notes on the boxes such as “Fragile” or “Handle with Care.”
