You can purchase these chairs as a SET OF TWO. So I order 2 sets of 2. That equals to four chairs. I order my first set...Instead of sending me two, I get one. So I have to ask for another chair since I paid for a set. I get my second chair. Then I make a second purchase of the set...but again they send one.... I now have three chairs. I can't get a refund / exchange / replacement for the missing fourth chair. You pay for a pair, and you get one. Also the quality of this chair is not the same as in the picture or description so you're paying double for a not-so-great chair.
