We ordered this set at least 8 months ago. The side tables finally showed up. We were thrilled since these side tables match a bed and dresser set we ordered. The thrill was short lived. We opened both boxes that were marked shipped from India. Amazed that they were shipped from India, I was even more amazed that when I opened the box, and there was only 1 piece of bubble wrap around the side tables as packing. Small bubble wrap, not even large bubble wrap with larger bubbles that would provide extra protection. How about some foam padding to keep them from jostling around? They shipped the hardware (legs) in the open shelf area (no wrap) which caused the wood panel to sink and impede the first draws ability to function. Joints are cracked, and both side tables are damaged in multiple places. Very disappointed since the same thing happened with the TWO other dressers we purchased from the same set. You must be loosing your shorts with all these shipping issues! Update, it is now June on 2024. I still have no resolution to my issue.

Sometimes, white lines form along glued seams. Over time, natural wood will expand and require maintenance to fill small air cracks as they develop. These occurrences are natural and expected over time. Our lacquer is very resistant to damage and moisture, so regular use should not be a problem. Blemishes and natural movement checking may require touch up with a stain marker. Apply the stain marker along with the imperfections, making sure it gets into the grooves and recesses. Then wipe the surface clean and allow it to dry. Repeat the process if necessary. With HTD’s 7 steps catalyzed finishing process no chemicals or citrus-based cleaners are needed. Just use a cloth dampened with warm water and mild soap.
