I am very, very unhappy with this order. I have looked at this table on many occasions on three different devices. On all three, I love the color. In reality, it is a very dark wood. Nothing like the pictures. In addition, it looks like a tray top in the photos. The actual table does not and looks much more flat. I do not think I should have to pay $57 to return a table that looks nothing like the photo or description. I would like to hear from someone about this and I would like the return shipping refunded. I want to buy several pieces of furniture from Wayfair, and am certainly am not going to if there is such a penalty to return an item that was not described adequately. I cannot use a dark, dark table.
In addition, the FedEx delivery was terrible. Instead of ringing the bell so I knew the driver was here, he left the big box slanted on my three stairs instead of putting it on the covered porch. It was a rainy day and I could not move the box by myself. If I left it where the driver had left it, it would have been fully damaged with the pouring rain that came soon after delivery. If the driver rang the bell, I would have asked him to move the box 5 more feet so that it could be out of the rain.
I also think you need a return policy that provides for pick up of big boxes. I had to pay someone to take the box to FedEx to return it.
