Chair looks great and is comfortable but the tilt mechanism does not work. A technician is coming to my house on Feb. 10 to, hopefully, correct the problem.

Very nice chair! Well constructed and designed.

It is a strong chair. The leather is good quality. The caster wheels move easily on the floor. The chair swivels effortlessly side to side. The height adjustment is easy to operate. The chair is a good value for the money, but I would of liked the chair to be more comfortable. Thank You, James from CT
