White glove delivery was more challenging than expected. When the item arrived the white leather wasn't in great shape. Not quite the quality of another identical chair we purchased from a different retailer, marks on various parts of the white leather, and then noticed one of the legs had a large split . The delivery guys said to keep it, and contact Wayfair. The leg broke off during the 3rd sit. In fairness Wayfair stood behind it, and was willing to make things "right". Sorry to say this but nearly every Wayfair order we've ever had has gone this way or similar. It's a gorgeous chair, and was also sold at Neiman Marcus for many years.

Beautiful with great weight and proportions. Not soft, but not uncomfortable either. Nice depth. I added a small lumbar pillow.

Absolutely love these chairs! They are built very well and added the much needed punch to my clients Living Room.

We get so many compliments on these chairs. We've had 2 of these chairs for a few months now and they still look brand new. They don't have a ton of cushion but they are still very comfortable. My husband and children love sitting in them. They clean very easily with a damp paper towel.
