This table is stunning in real life.

This rather expensive table is a bit disappointing. I expected the top, which is made of wood carefully fitted together in a mosaic, to have a natural finish, but the finish is so slick that the top looks like Formica instead of wood, to be honest. The base is HEAVY, 300 pounds, and the table and base together weigh 360 pounds, so it wasn't easy to move. It works well in our kitchen nook, I only wish it had the nice, tactile feel that wood usually has.
