I ordered two ottomans. Both arrived damaged. While the style is great, the quality control was lacking on these pieces. Both had scuffs, one had a hole in the leather & they both were generally beaten up. The damage did not happen during shipping, as the box was in perfect condition and the ottomans were well wrapped. This was just lousy quality. Four Hands usually has quality pieces. Not this time!
