Way too heavy to be delivered via FedEx. Impossible to get upstairs.

This was an open box purchase, so we knew it wasn’t going to be perfect. But the Perigold website said it was inspected and “like new”. Could not be farther from the truth. One of the legs is broken away from the frame, very noticeable dent on the top front edge, and ALL of the drawers were missing screws in the slides so they wouldn’t even open. What a joke. Thanks for sending me a piece of trash Perigold. I called customer service, and they were not exactly understanding of my complaint. They kept reminding me it was open box. In turn, I kept reminding them that it was described as “like new”. Ultimately they are sending someone to repair it. And for the leg and the drawers I can see how they might be able to fix it. But I’m not sure how they are going to deal with the dent on the front. What I want is a replacement. Not sure their “superb” customer service is going to be willing to work with me.

A beautiful set in my primary bedroom. We are very happy with the quality and look.
