I received a text and phone call saying my delivery window was between 6 PM and 10 PM. As I was calling to confirm this at 12:30, I got a text saying the drivers were 50 minutes away. It takes me an hour and a half to get there. I was very disappointed that they were five hours ahead of my window and did not give me a heads up first thing in the morning when they knew their schedule. The delivery guys were very professional and efficient and pleasant, and I am pleased with my product.

I’m not as thrilled with this piece. The bed is nice but the quality on the dresser is a little less. The drawers do not open and close as smoothly as I would like. It does look nice though.
