Purchased in gunmetal. Gold is a bright gold. First shipment was damaged. Perigold sent a replacement out which arrived in excellent shape. Had a strong musty smell for about a week. You can see what is inside the cabinets because of the kane -like holes.

Never thought I'd be purchasing 'metal' furniture. This sideboard is fabulous! Lots of storage inside and shelves are adjustable in several positions. Very sturdy and well made. Four Hands (IMO) is a luxury brand at reasonable prices. Couldn't be happier and highly recommend.
