Overall very nice looking, but some of the fabric on the arms didn't lie flat.

I absolutely love this chair. It’s cozy, extremely comfortable, and the lumbar support has been fantastic, especially since I work from home full-time. I was honestly willing to troubleshoot my entire desk setup just to keep it. My only issue is that I’m petite (5’1”), and even at the chair’s lowest setting, my feet couldn’t rest firmly on the floor while sitting properly with my back against the chair. I looked into installing a short-stroke cylinder to lower it further, but since the manufacturer doesn’t offer that option, doing it myself would void the warranty (which I understand). Instead, I ended up getting a footrest and desk risers, and that solved the problem. A little extra effort, but completely worth it. I would absolutely purchase this chair again!

I am in love with the Erie chair by Four Hands. The boucle fabric in the beautifulivory shade is even better in person — it has this soft, rich tone with a subtle brown undertone that makes it feel both modern and timeless. The chair itself feels incredibly substantial — not flimsy at all — with a solid base and a graceful, slightly high back that gives it a sculptural look. It’s surprisingly comfortable, the kind of chair you can actually relax in while still looking designer-level stylish. Every time I walk into my office, it just elevates the entire space. I love my new office chair. It’s pretty and comfortable. Beware though, the packaging includes miniature styrofoam balls that leave quite the mess, but thankfully that assisted with the chair arriving in great condition.
