This item is not as described. The top is not made of petrified wood. The one we received has a top made of travertine. The website is misleading. Do not be deceived and think that you were getting petrified wood on the top.

The table is quite heavy and excellent quality. I was looking for a small table and this one is perfect. I may put a 12 inch or 16 inch glass on top to provide space for guests to put glass or smell platessaucers.

Beautiful table with petrified wood. Excellent colors. Very sturdy. But it is about the size of a martini table, so pay attention to the dimensions if you need something bigger. It looks beautiful
