I agree with another reviewer that it is firm but i like it. The leather is beautiful.

The chair is not very comfortable for the price. It also came with some scuffs on it. I guess its suppose to look rugged, but for $2,000, it seems like it would have been much more comfortable and no scuffs. The chair is nice and wide, but cold feeling because of how hard and plastic like it feels.

We love the size and color. The leather is still a bit stiff, so we are hoping it softens.

For the price, these chairs are very poor quality - we returned them immediately after we opened. The leather is not supple or smooth and doesn't even cover the entire back cushion. Very disappointed.
