I am extremely disappointed with this purchase. The dresser arrived with multiple manufacturer defects, including dents, scratches, and poor craftsmanship that affected its functionality. For the price, I expected much better quality. To make matters worse, the item is now out of stock, so I was unable to receive a replacement. Because this was delivered with white glove service, it also could not be picked up immediately, leaving me stuck with a large, damaged dresser in my home. I was also informed that if the item comes back in stock, I would not be able to receive a replacement at the price I originally paid. Overall, this has been a very frustrating experience. Between the defective product, the inconvenience of having to keep a damaged item, and the lack of a fair resolution, I cannot recommend this dresser.
