I’ve give it 5 stars because it is beautiful if you’re looking to furnish a waiting room or a lounge no one uses. It’s not a comfortable sofa for a family room used to relax and watch tv. The back is very low and the seating area very swallow. But it looks fabulous! I had to return because it’s a family room sofa we needed.
