For how expensive these chairs are they definitely missed the mark. I don't know if it's Perigold or the manufacturer that packages these and ships them but we had to have two replacement orders sent because of damage. The first one was a scratch on the chair and the second the entire top half of the chair was split in half. The box looked as though it was a return that was re-taped and shipped out to me. They did replace things pretty seamlessly but the third replacement chair actually came really nice but it made me notice how poor quality the other two I have are. I have three chairs - 2 of the 3 are the same size, the third is slightly larger but weirdly it's way more sturdy than the other two. The other two wobble a little (I assumed it was normal until the last chair showed up). The first two the paint job is also not as great. I'm wondering if maybe they've improved their production since the last chair we received is much better than the rest but the inconsistency in size and quality between their chairs would make me avoid these. Only reason I kept them is the chairs I really want are $900 a chair and I got these on sale. Do not pay over $300 for these. This new price of theirs is not worth it.

One of the chairs arrived damaged but a replacement was sent in a timely fashion. Nice chairs and relatively comfortable.
