Console delivered visibly damaged in several places. Spent time arranging replacement with customer service, the told replacement was cancelled and offered 15% off to keep severely damaged item. Completely unacceptable and now I have to return the console and I’m back to square one after waiting a long time.

There’s still so much clutter around it but it looks stunning! Very luxurious old European feel yet modern and sophisticated.
