I love this table! The dark charcoal color is exactly what I thought it would be and perfect for my home. I love the rough hewn look to the table top and love the modern look of the base. The only reason I gave it 3 stars is because the table leaf arrived unusable. The table top is comprised of wood slats so the leaf is also slats. The last slat of wood is very loose & wobbly. It looks like it will fall off if we try to use it and actually put a plate of food on top of it... or if someone leaned on the edge of the table. This can probably be glued (by me) but I shouldn't have to do anything to my brand new Perigold table. I wrote to customer service but never received a response. I think they should send me a new leaf...

Beautiful table. But for 4 specific screws it is relatively easy to put together, but if you can afford the extra 75 or so, let them put it together for you. IJS.
