The leather was dry and had blemishes already.

Excellent quality. The powder coating on the metal is more very gray than black. Also the base below the cushion is not solid but a grid of metal strips. That being said it works well with the cushion.

Love this bench, it’s very sturdy. The leather pad is super soft and the perfect shade of cognac.
