Love this substantial piece we purchased for a large great room. I can’t wait to fill it up with displayable books and accessories. Very solid and high quality. The white glove delivery was top notch.

The piece is beautiful. However, I have received two and both were defective. The first one had a popped panel, and one of the adjustable feet was loose and so it could not be adjusted and it was stuck at an angle, so it could never be flat. The second one had perfect panels, but there was another defective adjustable foot. Plus, the bottom shelf panel, which is not metal like the rest of the piece, was popped out entirely. As I unpacked it, I kept finding the small screws which were supposed to hold the shelf in place. Overall, the piece would have been perfect if it had not been broken in these ways. You do not spend almost $2000 for a piece that has defects. The reason I give it 3 stars is because customer service to deal with the issues has been excellent.
