On time and very professional delivery. However, the sofa itself was very disappointing. It is a much lighter color than depicted on the website. The photo on the website shows a darker, richer green. The reality is a light, pea soup color. The sofa is also quite uncomfortable. The "down" feature is severely lacking. All this is too much compromise considering the price of the item.

Terrific sofa! Looks even better in person. Very nice quality leather that stands up to my dogs. Very comfortable, perfect color... not inexpensive but we are super happy with it.
