THIS IS A CUSTOM MADE CHAIR! LOL.. CAME IN NOT AS DESCRIBED ON WEBSITE Features Casters: 5 Nailhead application: around the base, outside arm, and outside back. Spring construction: Arched Springs IT CAME WITH 5 CASTERS! BUT NO NAILHEAD APPLICATION AROUND THE BASE, OUTSIDE ARM, AND OUTSIDE BACK! EVEN AFTER RE-ORDERING FOR THE SECOND TIME. TOTAL WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY, NOT A REPUTABLE COMPANY AND MANUFACTURER..
Rated 5 out of 5 stars.

We were very glad to discover how comfy this was... Had to buy a chair without sitting in it. Feminine and doesn't feel like you need to change to another chair if you have a long time needed in the office
