THIS IS A CUSTOM MADE CHAIR! LOL.. CAME IN NOT AS DESCRIBED ON WEBSITE Features Casters: 5 Nailhead application: around the base, outside arm, and outside back. Spring construction: Arched Springs IT CAME WITH 5 CASTERS! BUT NO NAILHEAD APPLICATION AROUND THE BASE, OUTSIDE ARM, AND OUTSIDE BACK! EVEN AFTER RE-ORDERING FOR THE SECOND TIME. TOTAL WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY, NOT A REPUTABLE COMPANY AND MANUFACTURER..
