It's beautiful. It's lighter-weight than I expected. I feel like if someone pulled hard on a jacket hanging from the hook it could break. But the main reason I'm not giving it four stars--and three is generous--is that the unit came with a template for hanging it, and the template was WRONG. The "jig" has two holes in it. You hold it against the wall where you plan to hang the rack and then pencil in the two holes. You use the pencil marks to position the two anchors for the two screws that hold the rack to the wall. I made the marks, drilled the holes, inserted the anchors, and screwed in the screws. Then I attempted hanging the rack and I couldn't. After increasing exasperation, I held the jig up to the unit and discovered that the jig holes don't match the location of the hanging apparatus for the rack. In the photo, the jig hole on the right is aligned with the rack hole on the right, and the jig hole on the left does not align with the rack hole on the left. I made my own measurements and got it hung and it looks great, but now I have an extra hole in my wall, albeit behind the rack. It would have been MUCH better not to provide the template at all than to provide an inaccurate one.
