This is a beautiful piece but there things for you to know. The weight is not in the metal part. It's in the stone top with is very heavy. The stone has no way of attaching to the metal part and if you have rambunctious kids or dogs this console could tip over causing injury to animals , children, and adults nearby. I plan on contacting Pergold/Ellahome to see I can get some glue that will hold the stone top to the metal. I may secure it the entire console to the wall

Waited almost 2 months for this console but I’m very happy with it. It’s heavy and beautiful. Something I didn’t realize is that the edges of the metal have sanded for a slight distressed look. It’s not really noticeable but adds dimension.

The console is beautiful, well-constructed and high-quality. Perfect for an entryway. The photos of the product are a little confusing because there are so many permutations of this console to choose from. On the console I ordered, there is a small medallion in the center of each "X". It is not pictured in photo. I think the medallion is very beautiful. It does make the piece more traditional/transitional, so if you are looking for something sleek and modern, make sure it doesn't have the medallion or opt for something else.
