This is a beautiful piece, but I ordered a left-facing sectional and received a right-facing sectional. I had already gotten rid of the sectional this was replacing to make room for this, so I accepted shipment because I couldn’t have my main room empty for the months it would take to find and get a new sectional. I did receive a relatively small partial refund through customer service, but I’m now stuck with an expensive piece of furniture that is awkward in my room. I wouldn’t recommend getting an expensive custom piece like this through a website - better to deal with actual salespeople at a physical store who are more responsive to problems, and might have made sure this basic and significant error hadn’t happened in the first place.
