Optimum conditions for the storage and placement of furniture are between 18-35C with a humidity level of 45-55%. We recommend the use of temperature and humidity control in more dry, hot, cold, or humid environments. Do not place furniture in direct sunlight to avoid discoloration over time. As each tree is unique, the figures and grains of each solid wood element may vary depending on the lifecycle and nature of the particular species. In order to ensure the longevity of your veneered item, coasters and place-mats should be used to protect the hand-finished surfaces from bumps, scuffs, or scratches. Remove surface dust regularly with a vacuum cleaner on a low setting and a suitable attachment depending on the type of fabric. Do not use any solvent-based cleaning agents. Remove spillages with a soft, lint-free cloth immediately by dabbing and wiping in a seam to seam direction. Use distilled/purified water to avoid any chalky stains. For stains or damages please consult an upholstery specialist.
