Like that you can custom make your own couch with not too much time to wait. White glove delivery was great - on time helped dispose of materials. Couch is firm, but we use it in an office, so it doesn’t get every day use. We haven’t had anyone sleep on it yet, so cannot speak to the comfort of the pull out bed.

Love this sleeper couch. Very well made and very comfortable. The best is the sleeper mattress, well designed for comfort as well as easy access to the bed.
