Dovetail guarantees to repair or replace any item found defective in material, we cannot be responsible for issues created by extremely high or low levels of humidity. If you are in either desert or mountainous regions and have experienced such problems with furniture of this nature, construction, malfunction, exposure to chemicals and foreign substances, liquids, or failure to conform to this warranty, or any use for which the product was not intended. Alterations of any type to the product by the consumer will nullify the warranty entirely. TRANSPORTATION AND DELIVERY DAMAGE ARE EXCLUDED., as our items are mainly built from solid wood, many of them are left unfinished. Coasters and placemats must be used. Customers should be aware that over time the tone of the woods may change, we suggest selecting other items in our collection as we will not be accepting returns from these areas.
