This bench is stunning, the photos don’t even do it justice. The bench I ordered arrived very damaged - clearly the box had been dropped on the corners and handled very roughly. Perigold customer service was awesome, and replaced it right away. However we had the same problem with the replacement. This gorgeous piece needs to be delivered some way better than fedex, I think. Unless my local fedex carrier is just unusually rough/careless..

This item is not very well constructed many of the corner pieces have been breaking and chipping off, and for a bench it also lacked additional brace support. I was told someone would be contacting us for repairs since the replacement is on back order until Jan. 2024. I expected more from Perigold as the premiere site for Wayfair. Not sure that I'll be ordering from here again. Photos were submitted to your customer service.

Mice

It is pieces of wood nailed together. Some pieces were not lined up, nails showed and it was cracked in shipping. Too much of a hassle to return.
