Was not made clear early enough in the order process that the item was non-refundable and I missed that fact on the final order form. Would not have ordered it, if I had known, as it turned out to be too big for my new wee house and Perigold would not take it back. I understand that, as it was stated, but again, not soon enough in the order process and I, at 77, missed the notice on the form.
