This chair is very comfortable, well made, it is a large chair, very heavy, looks great in my family room. was a great price, delivery was great set it up in my family room,

Beautiful, very well built chair. It arrived with a factory defect. When I ordered it I was told it was a "custom order," that could not be cancelled. When it arrived damaged, (not in shipping but from the factory, one of the nail heads is missing along with a tear where it should have been and along the side.) I was told it was "out of box" so all they could do was give me a small refund. I also have the insurance, they told me to contact Wayfair. Don't know how you can be a custom order and "out of box," at the same time. Very disappointed.

Nice leather. Purchased the blue that is not too shiny like some leather . We had a small issue with a nail head detail but customer service was great. Delivery to one room went well.
