I shopped for this cocktail ottoman for 2 years. It’s the perfect addition to our great room. The fabric is a near perfect match to our sofas. The tables part (the legs and trays) came in a much darker stain color than we expected. We brought that to the attention of Wayfair and they immediately got the manufacturer involved. The manufacturer contacted us the very next day and we had our concerns addressed and taken care of to our satisfaction in a few emails. It’s very refreshing to work with such a customer focused company(s).

The ottoman is a good size and looks nice. However, upon arrival the entire bottom of the ottoman came off. The wood split and cracked where the screws were and the dowels came out of the legs. We had to use wood glue to put the legs back together and replace the screws. The trays are also misaligned so you can see the line where they stopped staining the wood. For the price, I expected a higher quality piece of furniture.
