Thus bed looks great and when assembled properly very sturdy

Bought in natural cherry. It’s gorgeous and exactly what I wanted.

My thoughts after first night. Astrid king size platform Bed by Copland Furniture is very noisy and creaky bed fram.I thought it would be firm and quiet.Every time me or my spouse move or change a direction on this bed makes creaky sounds like Bed is breaking.It maks so much noise even siting on it. Reason I paid almost 5000 and waited 12 weeks to receive it was to sleep on a sturdy and quiet platform bed. I feel it is a waste of money and time. The worst part is that you cant return this bad. Puting together is easy, takes two hours, is not complicated, and needs two people. Anyways,this creaky Astrid bed frame is very disappointing. If you are looking for a quiet bed stay away from this one.

Love the design but the joint that attaches the leg to the platform is very weak. We followed every step the manufacturer instructed and still we had to reinforce the platform with straight legs that we had to add. It is a design flaw.
