All the cushions are smudged with some sort of dirt. After I pointed this out to the delivery driver he said that he couldn't do anything about it. He pointed out that the bed was wrapped in plastic but usually the furniture items are packaged in something a bit more sturdy. So I'm wondering if this item has already been rejected by a customer.
