I bought this very expensive item, and we barley used it, did not move it, and it developed an extremely large crack in one of the legs. I see where it is starting to develop another one now. I called customer service and they said there is nothing they can do because it is past the 30 day return window, and there is only a 30 day warranty. This is BS - a nearly $3000 table with only a 30 day warranty? I cannot overstate how mad I am about this.

Loving this table it’s exactly what I envisioned for my dining room. Delivery was prompt and customer service - when I called for an update due to bad weather - excellent.

We really like our table! Delivery was much faster than we expected and the delivery team was excellent. Unfortunately the table had slight damage to one of the corners. We contacted customer support, who replied promptly and worked with us on a solution.

This table is beautiful! It looks exactly like the picture. I don't have chairs yet but I look forward to pairing them with this table. The texture of the table is rustic but not so uneven that you can't dine at it. The hand-carved detail is so pretty and there really is enough room for up to 10 people. It's rustic and elegant all at once, the table is a stunning centerpiece for sure.
