Pretty to look at but not really stable enough to sit on.

Looks lovely but came in with a crack in the leg. Not sturdy in any way and high price. Perigold refunded promptly but as a designer I lost time I spent searching for this piece. I could not charge my client for my time on a defective piece of furniture they did not even want to replace. I would advise Perigold to reconsider maintaining this item in their roster.

My client really likes this bench. We used it under a console table in her front hall.
