This bench arrived a second time with a broken leg and grease on cushion. Reported it immediately to your “call center” ans was promised a return call by an “agent “. This never happened. Waited until now to let you know I am posting this on Yelp and your website for all to see. Horrid, unacceptable customer service. Never again. You have lost me as a client forever.
