Unfortunately my sofa and one chair was not showroom quality, as expected from Caracole high standards and craftsmanship. The sofa had two scratches on the left and right back side of the black frame plus it had a smudge of dirt at the bottom left front. The chair had a seam on the back that appeared as an unsightly gap or opening. I was so excited to get my sofa and chairs , I could hardly wait only to be disappointed and disheartened when they arrived damaged. First the description said white for color and it was cream or oatmeal color . My color scheme is white and black so I tried to make it work by looking for pillows to tie in the colors . It’s a beautiful couch and chair very elegant and classy. That’s what drew me to it . The staff was very friendly, professional and eager to assist me in correcting the problems. Very high standard service was provided to me .

I’m pleased with this purchase. I have no complaints. Delivery was as promised.
