I ordered the Olive Ash Burl finish. Assembly is relatively simple. Quality control was good, with nothing broken and no missing hardware or holes drilled improperly. When assembled, there is no racking or movement. Overall, the bookcase finish is attractive, with a nice veneered top, and blends with other furniture I have. I would have preferred a slightly taller bookcase that would accommodate larger books stored vertically. The compact size, however, does make it versatile, as it can fit in small areas. I consider the price I paid high for DIY assembly furniture, though.

I ordered 2 of these bookcases. I loved the first one I received in Dusty Tail with Maple. Can't wait for the second one in Plantation Cherry!
