One drawer closes in more than the other when pushed all the way in, and the other is quite hard to slide open, but that is part of the charm. This piece is for people that appreciate the natural, imperfect, wabi sabi or farmhouse type aesthetic. I love it. Every time I leave the room I turn back to look at it again with a little smile. Super easy to assemble as well. Very heavy and wood feels like quality.

I had to send it back. 1) it was not packed well and one of the drawers was badly damaged, a chunk of wood was broken off. 2) the drawers would not close right closed right. 3) there was a discoloration or damage of some kind on the desk top as well.

Heavy piece of furniture that not only looks like a quality item, but also checks that box. Perfect size for our guests.
