Dear CS, I received the replacement on Thursday (2/6/2025) and I am disappointed once again. As shown in the attached pictures, the color comes off. Although Perigold kindly sent me a replacement, it is still unusable. Could you please advise on what you can do for your customer in this case? Would it be possible to resend the replacement with perfect condition? offer a refund? or provide a discount? This is the worst purchase I've made from Perigold, and I hope you consider discontinuing this brand or manufacturer. Thank you for your understanding and waiting for your favorable reply. Sincerely,
