Picture shown is not what I bought. I bought BBMT8812 - the BEAUTIFUL BLUE AND GOLD distressed look Butler Nador Hand-Painted Brass Inlay Storage Trunk Coffee Table It's gorgeous, sturdy, closes and opens well. Very well made. Wish there was a smaller one I could put somewhere or a white distressed one that matches.

This is such a nice piece. I am using it as a coffee table in front of a small loveseat at the foot of the bed in the master bedroom. I gave it four stars instead of five because the color was not as dark and rich as it looked in photos. It is still well worth the money and adds to the bedroom decor.

The blue is light blue, not like a teal blue as on the web.

Beautiful colors! A bit brighter than I thought it would be but it looks great in the space! Very sturdy and excellent storage for throws, pillows, etc.

The trunk arrived and it is the exact color that was shown online. There were some previous reviews where people had mentioned that the color was not exactly the same… That was a concern, but I took a chance and ordered it anyways, and it is exactly like it looks online. It is absolutely gorgeous and I could not be happier!! I ordered the green and gold. The trunk itself also is very good quality, thank you, Perigold!
