It arrived cracked and it has been a fight to get it replaced, if they ever do. Don’t do business with these people

Beautiful chest. Unfortunately, the chest cracked horizontally when the knobs were put in on the drawer. However, the customer service was top-notch and handled the issue. quickly.

The dresser was just what I thought it would be. Matched the picture on line, which made it easy to place! The packing was unbelievable! We had been concerned about it arriving with perhaps some damage to the mirror surfaces, but with all the cardboard and styrofoam that would never happen! What a nice experience! From order to delivery the Wayfair experience was unbeatable! We will continue to order from Wayfair in the future because we know the quality of the entire experience Is what we expect from a first class organization?

I was surprised at the workmanship of the 2 cabinets. I expected higher quality since the cabinets were over $900 each. It wasn't so bad that I wanted to send them back - I was just disappointed. I had a carpenter come in and fix the knobs on cabinets - they would not tighten. I do love the cabinets even with the flaws
