Timely, good communication and cleans up well

I was very disappointed with the quality of the Stephanie Ribbed Glass TV Stand I received. The unit arrived with serious manufacturing flaws. The top was not welded on properly. One side has a noticeable overhang while the other does not, which makes the defect extremely visible and unappealing. In addition, the stand was missing one of the plastic feet on the bottom, causing it to sit unevenly. There is no way to level the unit, which makes this issue impossible to correct. Unfortunately, the lack of a plastic foot resulted in a scratch to the newly refinished wood flooring. At a price point of over $1,600, these types of quality issues are surprising and unacceptable. This piece did not meet the standards I would expect for furniture in this price range.

The Stefanie T.V. stand is a unique entertainment piece which weighs over 100 pounds and has a width of 52". This sturdy black iron unit is quite impressive looking and will no doubt last for many years. It has clear ribbed glass, a slit in the back for the electronic cords and also has ample shelving. Wayfair supplied a wonderful white glove delivery which was well appreciated. This is truly one of the best purchases we ever made

TV stand came packaged well and perfect condition. Assembly was easy . This stand is substantial and well made. It perfect in length & height for our space.
