The color (cherry) was as pictured. Table is well made. I am disappointed that the "star" pattern on the top, formed by the wood grain was not even / well matched. I didn't send the table back because I reasoned that I where I was using it, it would have stuff covering it. Expensive table, not to be better matched though. See photo.
